The Tenterfield studio cabin joins two 20-foot high-cube shipping containers into one modern studio. Floor-to-ceiling glass wraps the structure for light and views. A 33-degree pitched roof with a fully insulated system and warm wood-grain underside does the architectural work most people expect from a cabin, not a box. A retractable deck pushes living outdoors when the weather plays nice.
Inside, the bathroom has upgraded panelling and full plumbing fittings. Internal walls are upgraded to 20 mil Australian hardwood floorboards — sanded and sealed with a natural oil — with LED strip lighting throughout. It was designed for alpine climates at Tenterfield. That is the most honest way I know to test container living before you commit.
The Blue Tongue — double 40 ft high cube, refined not industrial
The Blue Tongue is two 40-foot high-cube containers. Fully insulated panels, client-chosen high-standard fittings and tapware, and expansive glass walls keep it warm and refined. Double-glazed windows and doors add comfort in cold climates.
The master executive suite is described as a large bedroom with 60 square metres of living space for a couple; two-bedroom options are available. Kitchen cabinetry is custom-made, pre-built in the factory, and assembled on site within seven days. Site copy also states the home is fully insulated, seven-star rated, with engineering and glazing compliance, and built in Australia. For a high-end container granny flat NSW that still feels like a proper home, this is the double-width path.
The Lennox — 2 bed, 1 bath, big covered deck
The Lennox is two 40-foot containers with a large covered deck — practical Australian outdoor living without waiting for a separate patio contract. Internals use black powder-coated walls with a timber feature wall for warmth. Layout: 2 bed, 1 bath.
Our specialised roofing system can span 8 metres without centre support, which is how we create those large covered deck and carport areas with minimal on-site steelwork. The Ranch — metal, bush, and waterfront weekender energy
The Ranch began life as our old sales office and was modified into a high-end, off-grid weekender. The product page calls it a magic blend of metal, bush and water — a 1 bedroom pad on 1 km of private waterfront. We can create this for you; send requirements for a quote.
It sits on the granny-flats hub because the same factory language — insulated container fabric, glass, deck living — scales from a compact studio to a lifestyle weekender. The Big Tiny House — two 20 ft cubes that punch above the name
The Big Tiny House steps up from a single entry-level 20-foot high cube to two 20-foot high cubes joined. You get a built-in kitchen, laundry, bathroom, and a custom fold-down bed/lounge, with high-quality fittings aimed at downsizing, a guest pad, or an extra income dwelling on the block.
It also gets used commercially — caravan parks, eco-tourism cabins, small site offices — here and abroad. On-grid or off-grid power options are available; call for detail and pricing. For many owners this is the practical middle: more room than a one-box tiny, still compact enough to place as a true secondary dwelling.
