Homes are fabricated at our South Lismore factory, then transported to site. Delivery is always extra and quoted once we know your address, and we hold a full rail licence (we’ve moved modules by rail on other routes — ask for a Sydney quote for your access and crane plan). Licensed builders we work with can handle groundworks and install; steel posts/footings are often enough rather than a full slab.
