What was built
On the project page we describe Middlemount as an extraordinary commercial construction featuring a variety of 20Ft and 40Ft containers, including prefabricated cool rooms. In plain terms: a multi-module club facility factory-built as shipping-container architecture, not a single site hut parked beside the first tee.
From the exterior gallery you’ll see how that reads on the ground — dark container façades, a wide covered deck, large glass openings, and an outdoor hospitality zone that faces the greens. It looks like a clubhouse people want to stay in after the round. That’s the commercial bar for this type of work.

Why the programme matters: 60 days, 30 ahead
Clubs don’t have infinite seasons to wait for a traditional stick-build. Our published outcome for Middlemount is blunt and useful:

Factory-built modules and prefabricated cool rooms are how you compress that programme without turning the site into a multi-year construction zone. Cool rooms especially belong in the factory conversation — food and beverage service at a club lives or dies on refrigeration that arrives integrated, not improvised under a tin roof.
We don’t invent opening-night stories around that. The schedule claim is on the project page because it’s what the job delivered.
