Remote camp site cabin
The Remote Camp Site model is the same high-cube 40 ft bones — four private rooms, privacy first. It can also take bunk beds and a sitting bench, and you can choose to run one or two bedrooms with the rest as bathroom, kitchen or lounge when you need a different mix. Like the mining cabin, it’s ready 30 working days from order, and install is often a couple of hours once on the pad.

Our Camp Kitchen – x2 40 ft went in at Tumbarumba Caravan Park through Snowy Valleys Council. It is two new 40 ft high cubes, fully lined and insulated, with 14 cooking stations, each with a sink, hot plate and range hood. Factory build took 12 days, and our crew finished site works and install in 10 days.

The Mansfield is our double-width commercial kitchen, built for a site in Port Macquarie: two 20 ft high cubes joined for about 30 m² of floor, laid out for cooking stations, prep areas and equipment. Where a camp needs a proper commercial kitchen rather than self-serve cooking stations, it is the step up.

Factory-built in South Lismore, delivered Australia-wide
Mining cabins and camp modules are custom-made at 39 Habib Drive, South Lismore NSW 2480. We are Australian owned and operated. Units are engineered off shipping-container strength built for ocean voyages and stacking, then finished for Australian standards with engineer and certifier factory inspections.
Building a workable camp, not just a row of rooms
Rostered crews judge a camp on sleep quality, ablutions, food and whether the buildings become the problem. That is why our mining range is sold as a system: sleeping cabins, ablutions, kitchens, site offices and specialised modules engineered in one Australian factory.
For alpine or high-scrutiny clients, the Snowy Hydro lodge shows the upper end — ensuite rooms, laundry, crib and commercial kitchen under an alpine-rated envelope. For lean remote pads, the 40 ft four-bedroom mining cabin is the workhorse, with security screens and generator or solar power options.
Ablutions and site offices come from the same factory. Our Ablution Blocks are fully fitted 20 ft and 40 ft units, built for easy setup and ready 30 working days from order. Delivery is extra and quoted to your site.

For the site office, our Off Grid Office is a new 20 ft high cube, 6 m × 2.4 m (14.4 m²), with a kitchenette, bathroom and electrical fit-out. It carries its own off-grid kit outside: a high-flow pressure pump, a custom 160 L water tank, a 160 L sewage holding tank and a macerator pump, with off-grid solar packages available.

Security and harsh-condition detailing
Our mining cabins can be fitted with hinged steel safety screens on the windows (open while the room is in use, locked shut when the crew is away), alongside standard locks and security systems if the site needs them. Cabins are fully insulated. The structural logic is still the shipping container: built to survive ocean voyages and stacking, then fitted for Australian camps.
When the brief includes chemicals or gas storage on the same pad, dangerous goods containers form part of the same mining and infrastructure range — quote those as companion modules rather than an afterthought.
How delivery works on remote jobs
Logistics for mining cabins: transport by train or semi-truck, unload with a crane or suitable forklift, then place and fit on site (about a day for the mining cabin; often a couple of hours for the campsite cabin once on the pad). Standard mining and campsite cabins are ready 30 working days from order. Lodge-scale and multi-module programmes are scheduled as a package.
